Here at Enlighten we work to high standards to ensure our clients receive an excellent product and service from EAP suppliers. As an independent, the EAP suppliers we work with produce their own service packages and online Apps.
We account manage our clients EAP’s throughout the year resolving queries, assisting in promotion which drives usage. Management information is provided real-time for large clients and mostly on a quarterly basis when it protects data sources. The reports may show any underlying issues being noticed early on and can lead to more communication, support, training or coaching.
As members of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) our ethics are paramount for both our clients and our own employees.
Our Director, Paul Roberts is an active member of the EAPA executive in the UK and is a regular contributor with regard to the industry guidelines in this country.
