With ever increasing pressures at work and at home, there are times when we all need some extra support or practical information to balance the demands of everyday life. This is why an EAP is a valuable support mechanism for managers and employees.
The EAP is accessed by telephone, online or via the App. This is the same for the Manger support line and is provided to help managers supporting employees when there is an emotional element to an issue causing concern.
An Employee Assistance Programme is an excellent resource for line manager support. Our EAP providers have a specific line manager support, which can help greatly when an employee has an emotional issue and the manager would like advice on how to approach the employee.

Support is available on topics including work life balance, recognising troubled employees, discussing difficult subjects, workplace transition, handling grievances, stress management, referring employees to counselling and more.
