Here at Enlighten we work to high standards to ensure our clients receive an excellent product and service.
We account manage our clients EAP’s throughout the year resolving queries, assisting in promotion which drives usage. Management information is provided on a quarterly basis which may show any underlying issues being noticed early on and can be acted upon.
As members of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) our standards and ethics are paramount for both our clients and our own employees.
Our Director Paul Roberts is an active member of the EAPA, an Emeritus Award winner and is a regular contributor with regard to the industry EAP standards in this country.
