Enlighten has always taken its corporate social responsibility seriously. Over the last ten years enlighten have worked with local secondary school Edgbarrow supporting the careers department. We provide onsite work with practicing business interviews on an annual basis. This project offers a first practice interview to 14 and 15 year old students. This is often the students first experience of an interview. As part of this programme the student completes their CV and receives constructive feedback post-interview.
Mentoring
The latest project is a business mentoring programme aiding students in understanding the qualities and attributes employers are looking for in tod
ay’s recruitment market. Enlighten provides a mentor for this programme supporting two students over the course of an academic year.
